

The terms and conditions below regulate the use of the Gammelholm Copenhagen webshop, localised on www.gammelholmcopenhagen.com.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal customer information such as, name, address and e-mail will be treated delicately and will under no circumstances be sold or handed out to third parties. Only authorised personnel within Gammelholm Copenhagen will have access to such information.
The purpose of such information is exclusively for order treatment. Danish law demands that we keep our customer information for five years. Within this period Gammelholm Copenhagen are 100% responsible of keeping your information secure. We are using an extremely secure server for the purpose.
Customer information is registered by Gammelholm Copenhagen and kept securely at Meebox.net. No sensitive personal information will be registered.
Payment and Prices
All prices includes Danish vat of 25%, unless otherwise stated. Gammelholm Copenhagen accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. Gammelholm Copenhagen encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS.
Payment can also be done directly through bank transfer to: Lån og Spar, Denmark account: 4021169590 registration number: 0400. Please state your order number as a reference. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Delivery
Gammelholm Copenhagen will deliver to you within 1-4 weekdays. We do our best to get the order shipped as fast as possibly. Prices are stated in the end of the purchase.
Gammelholm Copenhagen cannot be hold responsible for delays at the mail curriers site. Gammelholm Copenhagen have no liability for any customs or other duties that may be added on a product purchased. The purchaser must defray potential customs or duties.
We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time in e.g. holiday seasons. Pick up is also possible in Frederiksberg, by appointment: info@gammelholmcopenhagen.com.
Return Policy
Gammelholm Copenhagen have a fourteen-day return policy, counting from the days you receive your order. Write an email to info@gammelholmcopenhagen.com stating cause of return and the order number.
If you wish to return your delivery, simply return the goods in same condition and quantity as well as in original packing, as you received it in. At the same time, you are asked to send a copy of the invoice, from where you should make it clear that you wish to use our return policy.
The return policy can also be used by denying to receive the package. In a case like this, the goods will be inspected and when accepted, the purchase price will be transferred to your bank account.
As a customer you are responsible for any costs related with a return. Please be noted, we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD). Return of goods sent carriage forward or COD will be refused upon delivery. Upon return it is requested to use a distributor that provides Track & Trace.

Warranty
In accordance with the Danish law, Gammelholm Copenhagen provides a two-year warranty right.The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects. This warranty right does not include damages or wear from wrong handling of the goods.
Complaints regarding errors must be send toward Gammelholm Copenhagen within eight days. You must follow the return procedure described under Return Policy. On returning defect items please state clearly the reason. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Gammelholm Copenhagen cannot take any responsibility for parcels that has not been send with insured track and trace.
How to submit a complaint
Did Gammelholm Copenhagen not live up to your expectations? If so, please write us an email info@gammelholmcopenhagen.com, stating your problem and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can also be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority / Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

Any dispute between Gammelholm Copenhagen and the customer is subject to Danish law.
