Ziba Foods Kishmish Raisins. Nature’s gummy bear, Ziba’s super-sweet “Kishmish” raisins are from the prized Shungul Khani grape variety and contain no additives or preservatives. Grown in the full sunshine of Kandahar and Herat in Afghanistan, Kishmish raisins are rich in fiber, iron and minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc. They are also high in Vitamin C, folate and B6. They’re delicious as a snack or as a sweet addition to savory salads and cooked dishes.
Ziba Foods produces nuts and dried fruits that are nutritious, sustainably grown and socially responsible. The company works directly with small farms and cooperatives in Afghanistan and buys products of the highest quality. Many nuts and dried fruits come from trees that grow wild in nature.
